Cant afford doctor,for months:extreme fatigue, nausea, dizziness, heart palpitations, Sugar highs and lows?

Sorry to say it, but you have to go to the doctor. No one here can diagnose you. Try and find a free clinic or somewhere that bulk bills. Good luck!
