Peer Tutorial?

I have this new profile on friendster and I named it Peer Tutorial Of My school. I want a software that will act like answers.yahoo.com and I can answer the questions of my fellow clmates and schoolmates(Grades 1-10). I'm already Grade 10, my fourth year highschool and I wanna help those in dire need of help/those confused. Any suggestions/ recommendations/ wild reactions/ other propositions?
