Fourth date ideas/etiquette?

What about a romantic picnic somewhere, and maybe some stargazing? That would give you two some alone time (together) instead of being around people. If you prefer a more social outing, maybe you could find a local fair or carnival to go to, together, and try to challenge each other with the games or something. Hope you have fun, whtever you do!
