Is it possible to hack or change Microsoft Hearts rules?

I know this is weird, but I want to change a couple of rules in MS Hearts so it will be like a Lebanese card game called "Leikuh". I would just need to give a point value to 2 cards, always have the player give the "gift" to the right and finally have teams of 2. Is that possible at all (without advanced programming language)?
