What is the difference between Emu Australia and Ugg Australia?

I am looking to buy some uggs. I found that the Emu Austrailia are a lot cheaper. Is their a reason for that because I think Ugg Austrailia Uggs are very expensive. Does anyone have any other Ugg brands that are good?
