Reformat a Computer without a CD ROM...?

My laptop got a virus so i want to reformat it. The problem is that, it is not a regular laptop, it's a Fujitsu tablet PC. This PC doesn't have a built in CD ROM. All i want to go is totally restart the computer, so i can get rid of the virus. If you have any suggestions on what i should do, please help me out. Thank you very mucho.
