I failed a midterm what does that mean for college?

I am a high school freshmen and got a terrible failure on a geometry honors midterm. I always make honor roll and am in all honors cles, does this failed midterm mean I don't have a shot at the best colleges like Northwestern, Notre Dame, Duke, Princeton and schools like that?
