I am making a custard apple tart, can i freeze it before cooking it for a later date?

I want to make the apple tart with the dough, the apple, and the custard ( all raw).... i want to put it together and then freeze it for the next night....cam i do this? and if i can, do i just put it in the oven from frozen or do i need to defrost it?
