Flint river dog food?

has anyone tried flint river all natural Lamb, Millet & Rice Dog Food? How did your animals do on it? This recall is driving me nuts and My mastiff ate tainted purina one lamb and rice so I am very scared of what to feed him. He is on baby food right now. Need some advice here
